White Fillings
Which side of the mouth looks better to you?
When making the choice to have the right tooth restoration procedure, you’ll need to consider many factors, including the nature of the restoration and location of the affected tooth. How much of the original tooth remains and the amount of pressure the tooth may be subjected to (through chewing) are other considerations. With each patient, Dr. Hallett and Dr. Pollard may recommend a direct filling, placed into a cavity, or an indirect filling, such as an inlay, onlay, veneer, or, in specific cases, a dental bridge or crown. Materials used for dental fillings can vary. For example, gold and porcelain are suitable in cases where the restored tooth requires added strength and durability. Composite resin fillings can also be used to mimic the appearance of your natural teeth.
