- Dental pain / emergency: call (778) 754-4488 and say it is pain - that changes how the day gets arranged. If the schedule genuinely cannot absorb it, the office says so on the phone rather than leaving someone waiting, and points them somewhere that can. There is no after-hours line.
- Family appointments: ask for a family block when calling, and say how many people and their ages. The office will say on the phone what is possible that week rather than booking three separate trips.
- Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP): accepted. Bring the CDCP letter or member number to the first visit and the front desk confirms coverage before treatment is booked.
- Insurance: the practice submits to the patient's plan directly where that plan allows it. Bring the card to the first visit.
- Costs: every treatment plan is provided with the fee beside each line and the insurance estimate beside that, before the patient agrees to anything. If numbers change once treatment starts, the plan goes back to the screen first. Specific fees are quoted in writing per tooth and per surface, never from the website.
- Children: seen from the first tooth onward. A first visit is mostly questions, a count and a ride in the chair, and can be booked alongside a parent's appointment so the family makes one trip.
- Nervous or long-absent patients: the first appointment is a look and a conversation; the patient decides what happens next, and that is allowed to be nothing for now.
