The office submits to your plan directly where your plan allows it, so you pay the remainder rather than the whole bill and wait for reimbursement. Bring the card to the first visit.
Not every plan permits direct billing, and the front desk will tell you which yours is before treatment is booked rather than at checkout. Coverage is confirmed, not assumed.
Canadian Dental Care Plan
Accepted. Bring the CDCP letter or your member number to the first visit and the front desk confirms what it covers before treatment is booked. There is a full page on how CDCP works and how to apply.
Paying over time
For treatment insurance does not fully cover, the practice offers payment plans through PaySpyre, a dental financing platform started in Kelowna.
It is an option, not a default. Nobody will put a plan in front of you before you have seen what the treatment costs outright, and asking what it costs without financing is a normal question.
What we will not do
- Quote a fee from a website. Fees are per tooth and per surface, and a range on a page is a guess about your mouth.
- Start treatment on an estimate you have not read.
- Add to a plan mid-appointment without stopping and showing you the change.
