Dr. Kalsi
Associate Dentist
Dr. Kalsi completed all of her education amidst the mountains and rain of Vancouver and is delighted to now explore the lakes and natural beauty of Kelowna! She earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree and Bachelor of Science in Microbiology and Immunology from the prestigious University of British Columbia.
Although many people find the dentist “scary,” Pavneet’s own confidence in her smile came from the strong, positive relationship she had with her childhood dentist-an experience she strives to create for each of her patients. During dental school, she was involved in clinical research, mentorship, and interprofessional initiatives to enhance patient experiences across the health care system.
Dr. Haslock
Associate Dentist
Dr. Haslock began her academic journey at UBC Okanagan, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology. Before pursuing dentistry, she gained valuable experience in other areas of healthcare, including research at the BC Cancer Agency and work as a pharmacy assistant.
She later attended the Faculty of Dentistry at UBC Vancouver, graduating with her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree. Following graduation, Dr. Hasic, her husband moved to the Kootenays to experience life and work in a more rural setting. Before long, they returned to the Okanagan to be closer to family and the community they love.

Dr. Jillian Belbin

Dr. Belbin was born in Halifax, Nova Scotia but spent most of her years in Edmonton, Alberta. She attended the University of Alberta where she graduated “With Distinction” from the Faculty of Dentistry in 1996. After graduation, she moved to Vancouver, B.C. where she practiced for one year, working in several offices covering for vacation and maternity leaves as well as teaching at UBC in the Division of Pediatric Dentistry. In 1997 she and her husband, Dr. Lincoln Loo, decided to make Kelowna their home and were the proud owners of a busy family practice for over 22 years. She and Dr. Loo recently sold their practice so they could have more time to enjoy all that the Okanagan has to offer.

Dr. Loo grew up in Edmonton, Alberta and attended the University of Alberta where he graduated with a Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree in 1996. After graduation he was happy to leave the cold weather behind and moved to Vancouver, B.C. where he practiced as an associate for one year. In 1997, Dr. Loo and his wife, Dr. Jillian Belbin made the move to Kelowna, bought a family dental practice, and worked there together for over 22 years. They recently sold their practice so they could have more time to travel, to enjoy the amazing Okanagan, and to spend time with their two kids. In his spare time, Dr. Loo enjoys playing pickleball, mountain and road-biking, kite-surfing, hiking, paddle-boarding, wake surfing, and snowboarding.
