Requesting a particular dentist
You can, and it is worth doing. Continuity is the point of a family practice: the dentist who put the filling in is the one who should look at it in five years. Say the name when you call and the front desk will work around their schedule.
If you have no preference, you will be booked with whoever can see you soonest, and that is a reasonable way to start.

Which dentist at Brightside is good with nervous patients?
Dr. Christine Haslock works with dental anxiety and has said she relates to it because she has some herself. Mention it when you book and it changes how the appointment is arranged.
Does the same hygienist see me each visit?
Usually, yes. Valerie is the practice's hygienist and most patients see her at every recall visit.
