The route
Head toward Morningside Drive, straight through the roundabout to stay on Glenrosa Road, then left to merge onto Highway 97 north toward Kelowna. Carrington Road is the turn shortly after, and the building is on the left with parking in front.
In winter, Glenrosa Road is the variable. It is higher than the highway and it holds snow longer, so a February appointment is worth leaving ten minutes early for rather than five.
Booking around the hill
If the road is bad, call rather than drive. A cleaning can be moved; say it is the hill and the weather when you ring.
If something hurts, still call. Pain gets triaged rather than queued, and the front desk would rather find you a slot than have you drive on ice for a routine visit.

From Glenrosa, one trip beats three. Ask for a family block, say how many people and their ages, and the office will tell you on the phone what fits that week. Thursday evenings and early Fridays exist for exactly this.
