What it is

This is a different scale of treatment.

Full-arch work is not a larger version of a single implant. It involves surgical planning, a provisional bridge, months of healing and a final restoration, and it is a substantial financial commitment. It suits some people extremely well and is the wrong answer for others, which is why the assessment comes first and the sales pitch does not come at all.

  1. An assessment that can end in noImaging, bone volume, bite and general health. Sometimes the honest outcome is that a different treatment suits you better, and you will hear that.

  3. Surgery and a provisional bridgeImplants placed and a temporary fixed bridge fitted. Soft diet for a period while things integrate.

Cost and coverage

You should never be surprised by a bill.

Every plan arrives with the fee beside each line and the insurance estimate beside that, before you agree to anything. We submit to your plan directly where it allows it, and we are set up for the Canadian Dental Care Plan.

Fees for this are quoted in writing after an exam, per tooth and per surface. Nobody can price it accurately from a website or over the phone.

Do I get teeth the same day?
A provisional fixed bridge is usually fitted at surgery, so you do not leave without teeth. The final bridge comes months later. The soft-diet period afterwards is real and is often understated elsewhere.
Is this done at Brightside?
Assessment and follow-up happen here. Full-arch surgical treatment is delivered through the group's implant centre in Kelowna, which is set up for it. You will not be handed off and forgotten.
How much does it cost?
It is a significant investment and the figure depends entirely on your case. We will not quote a range on a website, because doing that accurately requires imaging and an exam. You get the whole cost in writing before anything is booked.
