- A written plan with the fee beside each line and the insurance estimate beside that, before anything is agreed
- Direct billing to your insurer where your plan allows it, and CDCP accepted
- If you have been away from a dentist a long time, a look and a conversation is a complete first appointment

Most patients come from Westbank, Gellatly Road, Glenrosa, Lakeview Heights and Peachland — distances and routes are here. Peachland and Trepanier reach the practice without crossing the bridge.

Is Brightside Dental accepting new patients?
Yes, of every age, and there is no waitlist for a first exam. Call (778) 754-4488.
Does Brightside Dental bill insurance directly?
Where your plan allows it, yes. Bring your card to the first visit. The Canadian Dental Care Plan is also accepted.
Can the whole family be seen on the same morning?
Usually. Ask for a family block when you call and say how many people and their ages. Thursday evenings and early Fridays exist so school and work do not have to move.
What if I am nervous about the dentist?
Say so when you book. Dr. Christine Haslock works with dental anxiety, and sedation is available if it is needed. A first appointment can be a look and a conversation.
